Which devices can I use for the IPTV free trial?

FluxMedia4K is compatible with Amazon Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PC, Mac, and dedicated MAG or Formuler hardware. Simply select your device in the form to get matching configuration instructions.

What internet speed do I need for IPTV?

For standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) streaming, a stable connection of 8–10 Mbps is sufficient. For Full HD (1080p) and 4K Ultra HD broadcasts, we recommend at least 20–25 Mbps. Connecting your streaming device via Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi provides the lowest jitter and latency.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We support secure, hassle-free payment methods tailored to each region, including major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and direct bank transfers. We never store your sensitive financial details, and all checkouts use 256-bit SSL encryption.

What is your refund policy?

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you experience technical faults or service instability that our support team cannot resolve within your first 7 days of subscription, you are entitled to a full refund in your original currency. Please review our Refund Policy page for full details.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. None of our IPTV subscriptions renew automatically or place hidden recurring charges on your card. When your plan nears expiration, we send a polite reminder. If you wish to extend, you simply place a renewal order manually.

FAQ

Plans & Billing FAQ

Answers to common questions regarding contract terms, auto-renewals, payment methods and our refund policy.

Yes. The 24-hour trial costs nothing, and we do not ask for a credit card or any payment details, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. We only need a way to send your login details (WhatsApp or email), your country and your streaming device. When the 24 hours expire, access simply stops automatically.
